Legends and stories accompany hikers on the trail through a fascinating cultural landscape with panoramic views of the Rhine valley and the surrounding mountains. The varied theme trail tells the story of the Walser community of Triesenberg on station and information boards.
The educational family hike has playgrounds and barbecue sites tempting visitors to dwell a while and enjoy themselves. Starting point is the village square in Triesenberg with its Walser museum. The 6.3-kilometre hiking trail to Masescha is not accessible to prams. The demanding, approx. three-hour hike requires sturdy footwear. The second part of the WalserSagenWeg from Masescha to Studa, however, is suitable for families with prams. The easy hike along the 2.7-kilometre stretch takes about one and a half hours. From the Rizlina bus station the bus will take you back to the village centre.
